Once upon a time there lived a 12 year old boy who had a dream to go far away to sea and find the Green Shield. The Green Shield had a gold spark but was mainly green. No man or girl has ever been as far as this little boy will go. The boy needs to practice every day if he is going this far. He will need to learn how to row a boat, swim very far, and much more. This boy has no parents or guardians to look after him so you might think how he is going to learn but this boy had a destiny.
So ten years later the boy had strong arms, strong legs and he was ready to go on the journey of a lifetime. He saved his money from a job. This job was not the job you would want but it had very good pay. So his day had come and he set off. Meanwhile he was making a map as he was on the water. He needed to go 5000km north if he was going to make it in time. He has five days to do it but this is why the boy trained to make it that far. The boy was so exhausted, but just before the boy closed his eyes he saw a green shadow in the distance he was so excited to see it but that was only the beginning.
The boy was still on his way and he knew the island was not far away, but it was night and he had no food. He said, “I wonder if there is a fishing rod in this boat?” Crash, bang the boy finally found a fishing pole. He had a cast and the line was in the in the ocean, ten seconds later he had a fish on his line. The fish was a snapper. He reeled it in and ate it raw. He said, “That filled a hole in my belly.” The boy was just about halfway when this big shadow of blue in the water came up and said loudly, “Nobody takes the green shield from its resting place be warned.”
The boy thought maybe I should go back to my hometown but he stayed strong and kept on going. The boy was so close but he kept on having brainstorms about the ghosts. Finally the boy made it to the island and got off his boat and ran to a temple he saw in the distance. At the entrance there was a stone statue with dust all over it. It had the Green Shield in its hand. So he took it and ran and then he heard this loud bomb explode. It was the curse of the Green Shield. The boy made it back to his boat and left the island forever. The Green Shield gave him a wish and ….
